Shipping & Returns

At NCA Motors Limited, we aim to dispatch every order quickly, safely and professionally.

Please read the information below before placing your order, especially if you are ordering from outside UK mainland or require delivery to a remote area.

UK Delivery

We offer fast and free UK mainland delivery on every order, regardless of order value or parcel weight.

A tracked 24-hour courier service is available at checkout.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day, provided that clear payment has been received.

Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated, using major courier companies.

Most UK mainland orders are sent using a signed-for courier service, unless otherwise stated.

Free Same-Day Despatch and Next-Day Delivery

For UK mainland orders, we offer free same-day despatch and next-day Delivery where available.

To qualify for same-day despatch, your order must be placed and paid for before 14:00 Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched on the following working day.

Next-day Delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only and depends on courier availability, delivery location and any circumstances outside our control.

Signed-For Deliveries

All orders are dispatched using signed-for delivery services, unless otherwise stated.

Customers must make suitable arrangements to receive their order, and someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.

The items in the order must be checked for damage at the time of delivery before a signature is given to the courier.

If goods are signed for without being checked, the insurance cover provided by the courier company may become invalid.

Delivery Address Information

All delivery information provided by the customer must be accurate, complete and up to date.

If an order is being shipped to a business address, the customer must provide:

  • Full business name
  • Contact name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Postcode
  • Valid contact number, preferably a mobile number

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may delay dispatch or delivery.

UK Offshore, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands

Our free shipping service applies to UK mainland delivery addresses only.

If your order needs to be delivered to a UK offshore address, the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands, an additional delivery charge may apply.

This extra charge must be paid before the order can be processed and shipped.

Delivery times may also be longer than the standard next working day service due to the location of the delivery address.

If any additional delivery charges apply, we will contact you before your order is processed and shipped.

International Delivery

We ship across Europe and beyond.

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery destination.

Some European and international shipments may incur additional charges if the delivery address is located in a remote or extended area zone.

If any additional charges apply because of your delivery location, we will contact you before your order is processed and shipped. Any extra delivery charges must be paid before we can dispatch the order.

Certain orders may not be possible to ship to a customer's delivery address due to the location and the courier services available in that area. If this applies, we will contact you with full details before processing the order.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Charges

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other charges in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The courier company used to ship the order may contact the customer directly regarding customs clearance, import duty payments and any other charges required before delivery.

NCA Motors Limited has no responsibility for customs duties, import taxes or additional charges applied by the destination country.

Specific Delivery Requirements

If you have any specific delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order or as soon as possible after ordering.

We will always do our best to help and assist where possible, although we cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated by the courier.

Delivery Issues

If there is any issue with your delivery, please report it via our Contact page as soon as possible.

Please include your name and order number so we can locate your order quickly and help resolve the issue.

Returns

We offer a 30-day returns policy.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong part, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item value, provided that the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have sent the wrong part.

Refunds are issued for the item value only. Original delivery charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Returned items must be received in a resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or make a deduction if an item has been used, damaged, fitted, installed, marked, or returned without its original packaging.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or differs from what you ordered, please email us at contact@ncamotors.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item, packaging and any visible damage

Once we have reviewed the information, we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied by us, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Fitment and Compatibility

We do our best to list product compatibility as accurately as possible, but vehicle specifications can vary depending on model, year, engine, drivetrain, factory options and previous modifications.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the part is suitable before ordering.

If you are unsure whether a part fits your specific vehicle, please contact us before placing your order and send us your vehicle registration or VIN. We will do our best to confirm compatibility before you buy.

Please do not fit or install a part if you are unsure it is correct. Once an item has been fitted, used or installed, it may no longer be eligible for return unless it is faulty.
